Established in 1998, Shenzhen Bowful Leather Products is engaged in the production of leather cases for Apple products such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. We also make leather cases for Nokia, HTC and Samsung mobile phones, leather cases for Sony, Samsung, HTC and Blackberry e-book readers and leather cases for notebooks.
Because of the numerous products we offer, we have three factories with over 450 employees. 60% of our production output is exported. Our MOQ is only 200 pieces and for orders under 2,000, delivery lead time is only 10 to 12 days which is two to five days shorter than the norm.
Raw materials used for major parts of our products are imported from South Korea and Taiwan. We also perform a second QC procedure for all raw materials we import or purchase. We have 24 people on our QC team who strictly executes 5S standards to ensure that our products continue to be compliant with CE and RoHS standards. Furthermore, our items all come with a one-year warranty.
Our R&D team is composed of 20 highly-experienced engineers who can communicate with buyers in English. 10 to 15 new designs are launched each month and we can even work on your OEM and ODM orders. Our lead time for designing a new sample is 5 to 7 days.
We have an international sales team of about 20 people who can communicate in Spanish and English. This has helped us reach major export markets in Europe and North America. We are currently developing business relationships with several businesses in South America and the Middle East.
